Yonda Settling In As Stable Presence

Yonda has been a stable presence at Stockaryd/Rörvik since he first joined the team a year ago. He and fellow centerback Derek Boogs have made quite an impact at defense in recent days for their club. The pair gave a near perfect performance in the team’s 3-1 win over Markaryd last Saturday. Aside from the goal, the pair kept the other team at bay for the majority of the time, leading to a comfortable win.

Boogs has expressed his enjoyment at playing alongside Yonda, and the feelings are mutual. Yonda felt that the defensive training the team put in during the week paid off in their match, but the pair of center backs are not ready to be complacent. They now turn their attention to building on a good performance and continuing their form in the coming games.
