Cory Miller signs with Indy Eleven
INDIANAPOLIS (Thursday, August 28, 2014) – Indy Eleven Professional Soccer made the second addition to its roster in recent days official today with the signing of defender Cory Miller.
“We liked what we saw out of Cory while training with us in recent weeks and are glad to bring him on board at an important time of our season,” said Juergen Sommer, Indy Eleven Head Coach and Director of Soccer Operations. “Not only does he give us more cover and flexibility in the back, but he’s also a player with professional experience under his belt that can help bring some composure to the group.”
“Cory gives us another physical presence that will ramp up the day-to-day competition in training at the center back position,” said Indy Eleven President/General Manager Peter Wilt. “He’s another talented player with Indiana roots that can help the team down the stretch drive of the Fall Season.”
